6-7:30 starting 7/29 thru 10/4

Cost: $80 for the whole Pre-Season or $10 per session

Course Description: Improve on your weaknesses and make your strengths stronger. Mentally prepare and train your body in preparation for the 2012/2013 Season with TNE Pre-Season training. We will focus on scoring points and dominating your opponents from the top, bottom, and neutral positions. Wrestlers will learn to drill the right way, and do it with high intensity. After this course is over wrestlers will enter the upcoming season mentally and physically prepared to succeed. No matter your skill level or goals for next season you will leave TNE a better wrestler at the end of each session.
