hello all,

i have been thinking of taking my 2 boys to this tournament and i had a couple questions for anyone who has attended in the past:

How is the competion for a 9yr old around 100lbs.Also how is the competion for high schoolers??
i have looked at the past results and it seems as though the competion is better for the younger kids as opposed to older.

Also,is it to late to register??can we register at the door or do i need to send in the form?I am still looking into our schedule and i dont know if i would be able to send it in,in time to get there before friday.

I have a very tough 9 year old around 95 or 96 lbs. Are you from IL? We are not sure if we are attending due to a vacation and a prior committment.

We have gone for the last two years. Very well run tournament. You can still register at the door, you just have pay more. As far as competition for a 100lb 9 year old, not too sure. There are no weight classes. Blocked weight brackets. My son has had a twelve man bracket both times we have attended, but he is a 58 pound 9 year old. Enrollment may be better this year because you don't need an AAU card.
