HBO's "Weight of the Nation"

Anyone watch this? The 4 part series about the obesity epidemic that aired monday and tuesday. If you haven't it's absolutely amazing. Now I'm a PE/Health teacher so this is sort of what I love talking and hearing about, but we can't stay blind to this stuff anymore. This, well parts/most, will be a staple in the health education curriculum.

I watched part 4, good stuff. I think they got a little repetitive and it could have been a bit shorter. I'm a business teacher, but I thought about trying to show this stuff to my students. Every kid should see it.

yeah part 4 was just a summation of the whole thing. If you want to see the best one, see part 3. It's about children, advertising, and regulations and what not.

NPR had a lot of interviews and coverage of it last week. Sounds really interesting.
