Michael was hit by a car last night in Indiana he was there to wrestle in the NWCA dual.He will have surgery today I was told by a coach down there he has a broken pelvis and some internal bleeding along with many cuts a scraps.

What a great kid...this is troubling news. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michael and his family. If his hard-working approach to wrestling counts, he'll be back on his feet in no time.

Heard he was crossing the road near the hotel coming from a restaurant and was hit and he was taken to Indianapolis.Havent heard any updates if anybody gets any please keep us informed.

Michael has come out of surgery in good condition. He had extensive damage to his hip, and will be wheel chair bound for a few months. He has some minor internal issues, and to deal with and hopefully will be released on monday from the hospital. Dr's are optimistic that with a lot of hard work he should make a complete recovery within 6 or 7 months. If you know Michael, you know he is a warrior, and will work his butt off to get back on the podium next february! police and medical people said it was a "miracle" that he survived this accident, and if he wasn't in such animal shape from wrestling, his injuries would certainly have been more extensive

He has been one of my personal favorites to watch ever since I first saw him a few years ago. Huge Motor, Big Time Energy!

Our prayers go out to him, his parents and those around him. May they all find peace and understanding through this terrible incident. May Michael make a full recovery. [If 'hard work' is the key ingredient, he'll be fine ]

That is crazy! I am very glad to hear that the prognosis is positive. Prayers for Michael.
