Anyone calculate which conference had the most medals?

Surber Ofallon 1st
Spraggins Belleville West 2nd
Ellington Edwardsville 3rd
Mueller Collinsville 4th
Gushleff Granite City 5th

5 of 8 teams represented not a bad effort from the South!

Thats very solid. I root for the Southern schools every year. No offense to anyone, but I hate the idea that some people have that only wrestling up north is important and worthy. The kids from the South are starting to prove this notion wrong, thanks to some good coaches and good training sites.

Same for Western Sun...only 2 of the 8 schools are AAA (Batavia & Geneva) the rest are AA. There were 6 Western Sun placers in AA and 1 in AAA for a total of 7.
