I see people saying the LOCK for certain guys as state champs. I don't think you can say it for anyone, everyone who makes it down state has a chance to beat anyone on anygiven day. Yes we all have our predictions but no one is a true lock, that is whats so great about the state tournament. When I was a senior I had qualified as a junior and had 1 loss in theregular season and was unranked all year and ended up taking 3rd, should have won it all but made a crucial mistake in the first period.

I know his name as been thrown out there before but what about last years runner up at 103 David Pierce of CM (bethalto). As you can tell I am very partial to the south but I am just curious how he has hardly been mentioned by anyone?
