Did anyone see Jake Herbert on MSNBC?

TheMat.com had a headline stating that Jake Herbert would be on FOX this morning at 9:50 AM (EST) and on MSNBC at 1:15 PM (EST). I caught the segment on FOX, but I've been watching MSNBC for more than ten minutes but haven't seen it yet. I was in front of the TV by 1:13 EST - did it air earlier than it was supposed to?
