Well, smart guy, normally I would have no problem with what you did. However, you are a 2 time convicted felon that is not legally allowed to own and/or possess a gun. No crap you got arrested. I hope they don't drop the charges against this idiot! He was whining saying he is 80 and how could he defend himself. Well, if you weren't a comvicted felon, what you did would have been fine! It sucks that people keep robbing you. Maybe you should move somewhere more safe since you are old and defenseless!
