5th annual Mental Aerobics Wrestling Championships

A open invite to any wrestler looking to be tested.
We get most of the MN state champs from all three classes and weights at this freak fest and get a nice showing from WI,AI.SD and ND in the past as well.
Its march 17th in Rochester MN at the regional Center. The same place the Nation Dual Clash trny is held.

It is a 7th-12th grade event 16 plus man brackets.

This is one of those original trnys that brings in the Midwestern feel and all the proceeds go back to the wrestling families in need.
