I'm Back
While the wrestling season is off and running, I got a bit of a late jump this year. I'm in the process of playing catch up. In the meantime, here are a few things to note.
1. Our fax number for tournament results has changed. The new toll-free number is 888-735-2202. Host schools are encouraged to email or fax complete brackets at the conclusion of their tournament so we can get them online as soon as possible. We also encourage schools to use Track Wrestling's dual results system. It's free, easy, and really helps with the rankings process. 2. Our first full set of high school rankings should be released this week. Stay tuned. 3. Our article coverage will be different this season. Gary Larsen and Curt Herron have decided to pull back a bit and therefore you won't see quite as many original articles this season. However, my hope is to have at least one feature article each week covering various programs, wrestlers, and competitions from around the state. If you have a story idea, don't hesitate to contact us. 4. I'm WAY behind on my email due to my fall coaching commitments. I will slowly but surely make my way through it. If you have a pressing issue, it would be best to re-send your email. 5. We've had some intermittent website issues over the past month. Our hosting provider moved us to a "new and improved" server and there have been some stability issues. I'm told the issues are resolved so hopefully we don't have anymore downtime this season. 6. Special thanks to Twist, Flashy, Jaguar, and Rob for all of their help this offseason! Thanks and we look forward to another exciting wrestling season! -admin

Great News for Tournament Managers
For tournament managers who use The Wrestling Tourney software (which accounts for about 90% of all tournament brackets)... you can now create PDFs of your team scores and brackets directly from within the program. All you need to do is update to the latest version of the program, v. 7.4.03. The "print to PDF" option will now appear with all your reports.
