There at least a dozen calls I received that are getting back to me in the next couple weeks as youth football winds down and the wrestling shoes start to come out.

Keep in mind for the Thanksgiving weekend that the Grove City outlet malls are 20 minutes away for any moms that want to shop. In addition the originial Quaker Steak and Lube in Sharon PA is also 20 minutes away -very cool to visit the original restaurant and see. In addition a local store called Kraynaks has a walk thru of "Santa's Christmasland" that is very cool to take kids throughwww.kraynaks.com

Ages: Any wrestler grades K thru 8th grade

Weight Classes: 48 53 58 63 68 73 78 83 88 93 98 103 108 115 125 135 150 HWY

Cost: $400 per team (approximately $20 per wrestler)

FORMAT: Dual Team wrestling format 2 pools of 6 teams. Each team wrestles 5 matches in their pool and cross bracket for placement. 1st of pool A will wrestle 1st of pool B for 1st/2nd place, and 2nd place of pool A will wrestle 2nd place of pool B for 3rd/4th place and on down.

Periods: All periods will be 1-1-1 -Overtime rule is shut clock off and first take down wins -Overtime winner scores 2 pts for takedown. No back points or falls awarded in overtime.

Awards to top 3 placing teams -Additional team champ t-shirts to all 1st place wrestlers

Admission: $4 per adult and $1 per student

Weigh Ins: 7:00 to 8:00 wrestling starts at 8:30 AM -Each team will be weighing in the day of the event NO EXCEPTIONS -No weight allowance NO EXCEPTIONS -If a wrestler doesn’t make weight he/she will required to bump up or sit out

Special forfeit rule – If there is no wrestler weighed in there is 2 only team points awarded to opposing team –If you weigh a wrestler in and bump up that is considered a forfeit and 6 team points awarded.
